The film follows Vienna, Albie, and Amy as they navigate their teen years and early 20s, entangled in a love triangle shaped by miscommunication and differing memories. Moments that felt significant to one are forgotten by the other, and perspectives shift as time moves on. The story explores longing, regret, and the desire to rewrite the past.
Myself and Mia Swift started creating this film about a year ago, inspired by our previous film, Fluidity of Truth. With Natalia Hancock and Louis Snaith we co-wrote, directed and edited the project, which was an amazing opportunity to create a film personal to each of us. Filming with the Blackmagic camera was a great privilege that allowed our creative visions to be executed beautifully.

The film recently premiered at UoB Grad Fest 2025. 12 Episodes was awarded 3rd place in the audience choice category, out of all films screened at the festival.
